DC Backup Power Supplies (DC UPS)
Intercel DC Backup Power Supplies (DC-UPS)
The Intercel Backup Power Supply (DC-UPS) is a DC power supply with built-in maintenance-free sealed lead-acid batteries which, in case of AC grid failure, take over the power supply for at least 1 hour. The capacity of the power supply is dimensioned in such a way that the rated current can be continually supplied leaving enough capacity to recharge a completely discharged battery within 10 hours back to 80% of its capacity.
Different types of Intercel DC-UPS
All voltages are available - even combinations of voltages - and currents up to 150 Amps. Also a primary voltage of 110 VAC to 400 VAC, 1 - or 3 - phases can be supplied. The power supply and batteries are installed in steel cabinets, IP 23, RAL 7032 with adequate ventilation for use at temperatures up to 30°C. On the terminal block there are connections for mains, DC and a potential free contact for alarm grid/charging failure. On the front of the cabinet LEDs are mounted which indicate AC grid and emergency operation. Alarms for high and low DC voltage, deep discharge protection, etc. are optional. Each specification can be compiled and implemented in consultation.
