The General Purpose series is with more than 25 different models one of the most diverse battery series available on the market. it offers a full range of 4, 6 and 12 Volt batteries for a wide variety of applications, available in a capacities ranging from 0.8Ah to 65Ah. Pbq General Purpose batteries are designed with a focus on a very competitive balance between price and quality, with an EUROBAT rated service life of 3 – 5 years.

A large share of the batteries from the pbq General Purpose range are VdS certified. Due to the strict certification guidelines, a VdS certification guarantees high-quality batteries that provide the most reliable performance and safety even under the most challenging conditions. VdS certified batteries are therefore very suitable for fire and burglary protection systems. All VdS battery models have a flame retardant V0 casing and are compliant with RoHS guidelines.
